Grafana OSS

is the only feature set offered; enterprise features (e.g. fine-grained RBAC, reporting) are not included.

Custom Plugins

must be requested via support for security vetting before installation.

Single-Region Only

is the provided service scope; cross-zone replication is not supported (use forks for disaster-recovery copies).

API Keys

and user management are available, but organisation & team features are limited to one default organisation.

Service Plans Restrictions

Access to certain plans (e.g., Business, Premium) requires activation by the support team. Requests can be made during service creation.

Availability

Managed Grafana is available in all zones.
