SLA - VPC
These product-specific SLAs define the Service Availability Target for Exoscale VPC. It applies to each Client using the Service. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Exoscale Terms and Conditions or EUSA, whichever applies.
SLA Definitions
| Metric | Target | Definition |
|---|---|---|
| Service Availability for VPC | >= 99.95% Monthly Uptime Percentage | The percentage of time in a calendar month during which the Exoscale VPC network infrastructure is operational and carries supported IPv4 unicast traffic between attached instances according to the VPC’s routes. Unavailability means that a failure of the Exoscale VPC network infrastructure prevents this traffic from reaching its destination. |
